QR code with logo
Put your logo on a QR code that still scans
Upload your logo, resize it and download a branded code. We clear the dots behind the logo and raise error correction so phones can still read it.

Add your content
Your QR content is processed in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
Make it your own
Use a hex color like #1a2b3c.
Frames sit outside the quiet zone, so they never cover the code.
Keep at least 4 for reliable scanning.
Large logos may reduce QR scanning reliability.
Your logo is processed locally in your browser. It is never uploaded.
Higher levels let the code scan even when part of it is covered or damaged, but make it denser.

How it works
How to make a QR code with logo
1Add your content
Paste a link or choose any other type from the tabs.
2Upload your logo
Open step 2, choose the Logo tab and pick a PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP file up to 5 MB.
3Check and download
Keep the logo under about 25% of the width. If we show a warning, make it smaller before downloading.
Features
Logo placement done safely
Dots cleared behind the logo
Whole modules are removed around the logo so it reads cleanly, instead of dots poking through.
Automatic error correction
Adding a logo switches error correction to H (30% recovery). Q and H are marked "Recommended for logos".
Logo stays on your device
Your file is read and resized in the browser. It is never uploaded, and SVG logos are converted to images so no code inside them can run.
Guide
Rules of thumb for logo QR codes
- Size: 15 to 25% of the code width works for most logos. Above that, you will see our warning; above 30% the code often fails.
- Shape: a simple, square-ish icon works better than a long wordmark. Use your app icon or favicon if you have one.
- Background: transparent PNG logos look best, because the cleared area already has your QR background color.
- Contrast: keep dark dots on a light background. Brand colors are fine if they are dark enough; the contrast check tells you.
- Test: scan the downloaded file with two different phones before printing a large batch.
Can I add a logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP logo in step 2. It is placed in the centre, the dots behind it are cleared, and error correction is raised to H so the code still scans. Keep the logo under about a quarter of the code's width.
Why did the error correction change to H?
A logo hides part of the code. Level H lets the phone rebuild up to about 30% of missing data, which covers the logo area. You can still change it in the Level tab.
Which logo file is best?
A square PNG with a transparent background, at least 200 × 200 px. SVG works too; we convert it to a high-quality image.
Is my logo uploaded?
No. It is processed by your browser and stays on your device. We never receive a copy.
Will the SVG download include my logo?
Yes. The SVG file embeds the logo as an image, together with the code, frame and colors.
