    How it works

How to make a Email QR code

    1. 1Add the address

The email address that should receive the messages.

    2. 2Write the subject and message

Optional, but they help: "Order enquiry", "Book a table", "Support request #".

    3. 3Download and place it

Put it where people have a question: packaging, receipts, notice boards or posters.

    Features

    Why use an email code

    Standard mailto: link

Works with Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and every app that handles email links. Subject and body are properly encoded.

    Fewer typos

No mistyped addresses. Messages arrive with the subject you chose, so they are easy to sort.

    Private

Your address and message template are processed on your device only.

    Use cases

Good places for an email code

    Customer support

On packaging and manuals: "Scan to email support".

    Job and lead forms

"Scan to apply" or "Request a quote" posters.

    Feedback boxes

Collect comments with a ready subject line.

    RSVPs

Invitations that open a reply with the event name.

    Maintenance requests

Apartment and office notices for reporting issues.

    Print ads

Let readers contact you without typing an address.

    Questions

    Before you print

    Anything else? Write to us.

    Will the email send automatically?

No. The code only opens a draft. The person can review and edit it, then choose to send it.

Does it work if the person uses Gmail?

Yes. On phones, the mailto: link opens the default email app, which is often Gmail on Android and Mail or Gmail on iPhone.

Can I add CC or BCC?

Not in this version. The code includes the recipient, subject and message, which covers most uses.

Can I change a static QR code later?

No. Once it is printed, a static code always contains the same content. If the details might change, point the code to a web page you control, then update that page instead. Or create a new code.

Can I create a QR code for free?

Yes. Every type and design option on mqrlink is free, with no account, no watermark and no limit on how many codes you make or download.
