- Test before you print
Static codes only
mqrlink creates static QR codes. A static code contains your data directly. It does not expire, but it cannot be edited after printing, and it provides no scan statistics. We do not offer dynamic codes, redirects or scan tracking.
Scanning is not guaranteed
Whether a code scans depends on the phone, camera app, lighting, print size, print quality, surface and your design choices (colors, logo size, transparency and quiet zone). Our warnings are guidance, not a guarantee. Test every code with more than one device before large print runs.
Links to files and pages
PDF, image, video, social and app codes contain a link to content hosted elsewhere. If that content is moved, deleted or made private, the code will no longer show it. We do not host your files.
WiFi and personal data
Anyone who scans a WiFi or contact code can read the information inside it. Only share codes containing personal data or passwords where you are comfortable with that.
Logos and brand marks
Adding a logo to a code does not give you the right to use it. Only add logos, brand names and images you own or are licensed to use. We do not check uploaded logos and cannot see them.
Guides and print-size advice
The guides and the sizes suggested on this website are general rules of thumb drawn from common practice. Materials, lighting, viewing angle and the phones your audience uses all vary. Print one copy, scan it in the real setting, and adjust before ordering a large run.
No professional advice
Nothing on this website is legal, security or marketing advice. If you are placing codes on regulated products, packaging or official documents, check the rules that apply to you.

WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and X are trademarks of their owners. mqrlink is not affiliated with them.
